Student presentations of their AI-assisted prototypes. Evaluation criteria: functionality, code quality, AI usage, presentation clarity. Open discussion and resources for self-development.
First Half (1 hour)
Student Presentations
- 🎤Each student/group presents their AI-assisted prototype (5-7 min per presentation)
- 🎤Demo of working code and explanation of approach
- 🎤Q&A from instructors and peers
Second Half (1 hour)
Evaluation & Discussion
Evaluation Criteria:
- ✓ Functionality: Does the prototype work as intended?
- ✓ Code Quality: Is the code clean, well-organized, and documented?
- ✓ AI Usage: How effectively was AI leveraged in the development?
- ✓ Presentation: Clarity and organization of the presentation
Open Discussion:
- • How to continue learning after the workshop
- • Career opportunities in scientific programming and AI
- • Resources and communities for continued development
